I started with only one to see how my body reacted. Thankfully I was fine. Until I took the 2nd pill. 30 minutes later and I was on the verge of a panic attack. I didn't take anything new on that day and I wasn't stressing about anything. So I knew it was the pills doing. The effects eventually wore off but I was left with chest pain. These pills are not for me.

   Also known as zinc oxide which works indirectly to help acne. It is mineral that can help inflammation, but could increase androgen production in some users which may exacerbate acne.
  
  
• Hepar sulphuris calcareum 3X
  This ingredient has been used to relieve redness.
  
  
• Sulphur 1X
  Sulphur is an effective exfoliator and skin detoxifier. It's not surprising that sulphur has been used for years to treat skin conditions like acne, rosacea and eczema. It is found naturally in soil, and it can reduce inflammation.
