There were already red flags about the product, such as telling customers that they might need 6 pills per day (a 10 day supply).
We weren't a fan of this supplement previously, but we can now say with confidence not to buy it. If you were fooled into buying it we suggest you request a refund.

What Is Aeno?
The perfect skin acne pills are promoted by the company to treat cystic acne, eliminate acne scars, and reduce oily skin.
It can be taken by men, women, and teens and is promoted for all skin types including dry, oily, and combination.
The Aeno acne treatment pills are comprised of ingredients commonly found in multivitamins as well as a proprietary blend including Vitex, NAC, Saw Palmetto, and a probiotic.
We think they make a large claim that their product can eliminate scarring from acne as this is impossible from an oral supplement alone.
The only way you could get rid of scarring is through topical treatments such as microdermabrasion and laser resurfacing.
This is not to say it won't reduce the appearance of scarring, but it is unlikely that it can eliminate scarring completely as we haven't read this in any of the reviews.

Ingredients
Vitamin A- Helps wrinkles and inflammation.
Vitamin B3 (as Niacinamide)- Helps reduce inflammation and increases skin elasticity.
Vitamin B5- May help reduce sebum production.
Biotin- Helps the growth of new skin cells and also helps hair and nail growth.
Zinc- Can increase testosterone which is the main androgen that causes acne. For this reason we don't think zinc is a good ingredient to add to a skin supplement.
Selenium- A vital antioxidant which has been shown to help skin issues.
Copper- Used in anti-aging products and contains the peptide GHK which helps decrease inflammation.
Chromium- Helps boost immune system which is important for healthy skin.
Vitex Agnus-Castus Fruit Extract- Also known as chasteberry and may help balance hormones. One study shows it may help acne pre-menstruation.
Vitex agnus-castus is used for acne before menstruation. The whole fruit extract acting on follicle stimulating and luteinizing hormone levels in the pituitary gland led to an increase in progesterone and decrease in estrogen levels through the dopaminergic mechanism, declining the level of premenstrual prolactin. German Commission E has recommended daily intake of 40 mg Vitex agnus-castus extract for the treatment of acne.
N-acetyl L-cysteine (NAC)- A natural form of sulfur used for detoxification.
Saw Palmetto (Serenoa Repens) Fruit Extract- The Saw Palmetto herb could help to stop the conversion of testosterone to DHT, which can lead to hair loss and prostate cancer problems for men.
Since DHT is highly androgenic it might help balance hormones and acne in some individuals. It is going to only likely help some individuals with problems including over-production of sebum (oil from skin).
Probiotics (Lactоbаcillus acidophilus): We don't find this ingredient useful for acne specifically. It is important for gut health with translates to our skin.
Black Pepper Extract 95% Piperine: Helps the absorption of B vitamins.
Other Ingredients: Vegetable Capsule, Silicon Dioxide, Rice Flour, Magnesium Stearate.

How To Use, Warnings, Is it Safe?
There is a discrepancy in the instructions about how to take this product which does not make sense.
The serving size is 1 capsule, however the directions say to start with 4 capsules a day. The company suggests to spread them out throughout the day.
Some customers have issues taking this number of capsules in a day and is not realistic for this to be done.
If you took four capsules a day the bottle would last you 15 days as there are 60 capsules in one bottle.
For more severe acne, the company states to take 6 pills spread throughout the day. We don't know how safe this is long term.

They mention in their listing that the products can be used in conjunction for a greater skin clearing effect, but we don't think these products actually work well and don't think you should use coupons or discounts to purchase these products.

The ingredients are also superior in that they work synergistically to produce a profound skin clearing effect. There are many before and after Acne Tame reviews online showing the product is effective.
We don't think you will see results with Aeno acne pills and our recommendation is Acne Tame if you don't want to take multiple pills per day and want a well formulated and manufactured product.
