The Vie Naturelle acne treatment pills are actually in tablet form and are a true cream color. They are not too thick and not too wide compared to the Murad acne pills that we have reviewed.
You can see in the photo below that the tablets are a little larger than the length of a dime.
DOSAGE:
The dose is 3 tablets per day taken with a meal. There are 30 servings per container and 90 total tablets in one bottle.
There are other supplements for acne that we have reviewed which also say to take three pills a day or even more, but they have been even larger in size and needed to be taken more often which may be hard for some people as many people have trouble swallowing pills. The Vie Naturelle acne treatment pills however are smaller in size and are not hard to swallow even though you have to take three per day.
On the first day of receiving my pack of Vie Naturelle acne treatment I had absolutely no visible acne. My skin isn't too oily or too dry which can be characterized by the term "combination skin" as some spots may need a little more care than others specifically my forehead and in the crevices of my nose.
I took Vie Naturelle along with my other daily supplements including fish oil, multivitamin, biotin, turmeric, and vitamin D3 and did not notice any negative side effects from taking them all together.
Over a week I did not notice much difference in my skin, but I did not experience any side effects like new breakouts or more oily skin as well.
